COMPLAINTS IN THE EVENT OF OUR ERROR
In the event that the delivered products do not meet the characteristics or. specifications of the ordered products, you must notify us within 8 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please return the products in the original sales packaging and in the condition in which you received the product. Attach a completed complaint form, which we send by e-mail upon request, with a brief description of what the reason for the return is. The amount in the value of the returned product, without delivery costs, will be returned to you, recognized as a credit or new products will be delivered.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state a reason.

The goods must be delivered to the company’s headquarters undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed or damaged without the fault of the buyer. The original packaging of the product must also remain undamaged and unchanged.
If the complaint is justified, you have the right to choose another product from the offer, request a credit or request a refund.
When a complaint due to a product failure cannot be resolved immediately, the company draws up a complaint report and sends the goods for analysis, which confirms or rejects the reasons for the complaint. We only cover the costs of the analysis if the claim is justified, otherwise you pay the costs yourself.
The buyer is obliged to send each returned product by post at his own expense. Redemption shipments will not be accepted.
